Step 5
Physician review

Side-by-side transcript and note UI for clinician sign-off.

Overview

Built a pipeline that transcribes doctor-patient conversations, segments the dialogue, identifies medical sections, and generates structured clinical notes with factual consistency checks, displayed alongside the original transcript for review. Currently live in production, used during real doctor-patient visits.

The Problem

Manual clinical note-taking is slow and pulls physician attention away from the patient during visits.

The Solution

Delivered a speech-to-text pipeline with dialogue segmentation, medical section identification, factual consistency checks, and a side-by-side transcript and note review interface.

Key Features

  • Speech-to-text transcription of clinical conversations
  • Dialogue segmentation and medical section identification
  • Factual consistency checks on generated notes
  • Side-by-side transcript and generated-note review interface

Outcomes & Business Value
