Challenge: Solar sales teams lose leads to slow follow-up — a form-fill can sit for hours before a rep calls back, and by then the lead has gone to a competitor. Voice AI can call back in seconds and qualify on the spot, but platform choice still affects cost per minute, latency, vendor lock-in, and deployment speed.
What we built: Built the same lead-response and qualification flow on three stacks — a custom speech-to-speech pipeline on LiveKit, plus managed agents on ElevenLabs and Retell AI — so every new lead gets called back before they call somewhere else, on whichever stack fits the client's operations.
