Process

From idea to production — milestones you can see

Discovery locks the plan. Architecture removes guesswork. Sprints ship working software. Launch comes with a checklist — not a surprise.

011–2 weeks

Discovery

Before we design or code, we lock the problem, the MVP scope, and the outcomes that matter — so the rest of the build stays focused.

What we do

  • Stakeholder workshops on goals, buyers, and constraints
  • Map real workflows and success metrics
  • Prioritize an MVP that can ship and prove value
  • Flag technical, security, and delivery risks early

What you get

  • Problem & outcome brief
  • Prioritized feature list (in / out of scope)
  • Rough timeline and estimate range
  • Risks and assumptions document
021–3 weeks

Architecture

We turn discovery into a buildable plan: flows, stack, data model, and environments — so engineering starts with clarity, not guesswork.

What we do

  • UX structure and key user journeys
  • Tech stack, APIs, and data model choices
  • Cloud, security, and environment plan
  • AI or automation only where it moves the metric

What you get

  • Architecture sketch and stack recommendation
  • Wireframes or high-level UX flows
  • Phased delivery milestones
  • Environment and deployment outline
03Ongoing sprints

Development

We ship in short cycles with staging builds you can click. You see progress every week — not a big reveal months later.

What we do

  • Sprint-based build with working demos
  • Frontend, backend, mobile, and integrations as scoped
  • Code review, QA, and staging access
  • Security and performance basics baked in

What you get

  • Working software every sprint
  • Staging URL for continuous feedback
  • Progress updates and demo notes
  • Production-ready codebase as we go
04Launch + support

Launch & Improve

Go-live is not the finish line. We deploy carefully, watch real usage, fix fast, and plan the next iteration with your team.

What we do

  • Production deploy with checklist and rollback path
  • Monitoring, logs, and early bug response
  • Store / domain / release support when needed
  • Iteration plan from real usage and feedback

What you get

  • Live production release
  • Handoff docs and runbooks
  • Post-launch hypercare window
  • Optional retainer for ongoing improvement

How we collaborate

What it’s like to work with us

Transparent delivery — so you’re never waiting months to see progress.

01

Weekly visibility

Demos and written updates so you always know what’s shipping next.

02

Shared workspace

Figma, staging, and a clear board — feedback stays in one place.

03

Your time, protected

Typically 4–8 hours/week from your side during active build phases.

04

Clear ownership

You own product decisions; we own delivery quality and technical risk.

Engagement models

Pick the shape that fits

Project build

We own delivery end-to-end — from discovery through launch of your MVP or product.

  • Fixed scope or phased milestones
  • Dedicated delivery team
  • Best for new products & rebuilds

Team extension

Senior engineers who plug into your roadmap and work alongside your PM or tech lead.

  • Augment your existing team
  • Aligned to your stack & process
  • Best for scaling velocity

Launch support

Post-go-live care: monitoring, fixes, small features, and a clean handoff when you’re ready.

  • Hypercare after launch
  • Optional retainer
  • Best for stabilizing & iterating

FAQ

Questions teams usually ask

How long before we start coding?+

Usually after a short discovery (about 1–2 weeks). If scope is already clear, we can move into architecture and build faster — we won’t invent workshops you don’t need.

Do you work fixed-price or time & materials?+

Both are possible. After discovery we can quote a fixed phase or give a T&M range with a weekly cap. We recommend the model that matches how clear the scope is.

Can you work with our existing codebase?+

Yes. Many projects start with an audit of what you already have — then we improve, extend, or modernize without a full rewrite unless it’s truly needed.

What do you need from our side?+

A decision-maker, access to domain knowledge, and timely feedback on demos. During build, plan for roughly 4–8 hours a week so momentum stays high.

Do you stay after launch?+

We include a hypercare window after go-live, then you can continue on a retainer or take a clean handoff with docs and runbooks for your team.

Where does AI fit in the process?+

Only where it moves a real metric — support cost, conversion, ops speed. We decide that in discovery/architecture, not as a bolted-on demo.
